We are currently recruiting a Client Services Administrator to join our Commercial Deposits team at our Saskatoon office, located in Innovation Place on the University of Saskatchewan campus.

VersaBank is looking for a Client Services Administrator who is experienced in commercial or investment banking to provide onboarding and relationship support to our Commercial Deposits portfolio that specializes in the delivery of the Bank’s deposit products and services to our network of insolvency professionals and wealth management firms. The successful candidate will demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional client service and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.

Knowledge/Qualifications
• 3 years or more of relevant experience in the banking/financial services industry. Experience in the brokerage or insolvency industry is an asset.
• A business degree or post-secondary education in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory compliance, AML/ATF requirements, day-to-day banking activities and deposit/cash management products and services.
• Able to build relationships and interact with a diverse range of commercial clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, thrive in a client focused team environment.
• Ability to work independently managing multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office. Power BI is an asset.
