VersaBank’s Board Nominates Gabrielle Bochynek for Election to its Board of Directors

LONDON, Ontario – (BUSINESS WIRE) – VersaBank (TSX: VB) is pleased to announce that Gabrielle Bochynek will stand for election to the Board of Directors of the Bank at its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), being held on April 24, 2019. Ms. Bochynek brings to the Board a wealth of knowledge and experience in the human resources profession.

Gabrielle Bochynek has considerable human resources experience gained over her 30 year career.
Her background includes senior consulting assignments and hands on experience as an HR
practitioner. Ms. Bochynek has a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology and Employment Relations degree
from the University of Toronto.

VersaBank also wishes to announce Arnold Hillier will retire and not seek re-election at the AGM.
Mr. Hillier served faithfully on the VersaBank board for over 16 years and has made a significant
contribution to the Bank’s success over the years.
