At the meeting the Shareholders also:
- approved the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors of the Bank;
- approved an amendment to section 4.1 of By-Law No. 1 of VersaBank increasing the fixed number of directors to eleven; and
- approved an amendment to section 9.6 of By-Law No. 1 of VersaBank relating to director remuneration.
