This position will be required to carry out a variety of administrative duties in a professional manner. Key tasks include daily processing/sorting of incoming and outgoing correspondence, fax, courier and mail, supporting business units, as well as preparing documents, reports and presentations. Other responsibilities include ensuring the office is maintained in a presentable manner. The successful candidate will also ensure office and kitchen supplies are maintained, assist with board meetings and other corporate functions. This position will also answer incoming phone calls and greet clients.
You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field plus 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. The ability to speak, read and write in French is an asset but not required. Prior experience working in a Bank is an asset. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and possesses strong attention to detail. You have superior organization skills and excellent written communication skills as well as superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills. You are able to learn quickly, have a strong work ethic and in-depth knowledge of Social Media, Internet, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite and proficient with general office equipment.
