We currently have an opening for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position reports directly to the President & CEO. Primary responsibility is to maximize the President & CEO’s productivity and efficiency by effectively managing a wide variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendars, setting up meetings, screening calls and preparing correspondence. This position is also responsible for maintaining a filing system, managing expenses, preparing reports, and conducting research. You will also assist with preparing PowerPoint presentations and will be maintain accounting records, make travel arrangements and oversee office maintenance. The successful candidate is the main point of contact among executives, board directors, clients and other external partners.

We’re looking for a high energy, tech savvy professional with exceptional interpersonal skills. Your background includes completion of a two-year Executive Assistant program or equivalent. A Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce degree would be a definite asset. You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a public company. You possess excellent organization and time management skills. Superior proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. You are a self-starter with a positive attitude as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in the financial services industry is an asset.
