We are looking for a Deposit Operations Analyst to join our Deposit Services team. This position is full-time at our office located in Innovation Place, Saskatoon, SK.

The Deposit Operations Analyst is a challenging and diverse role. You will be an integral part of the team that manages the daily operations and delivery of the Bank’s deposit products and services. This role reports directly to the VP, Deposit Services and is responsible for providing analytical, operational, and reporting support to the Deposit department. You will work collaboratively within the team and through various channels within VersaBank to deliver Deposit related information and achieve the business objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service, be highly organized, possess superior analytical skills and display a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the banking/financial services industry with direct experience in client services
•Post-secondary or business degree in a related field
•Additional experience in the insolvency or the broker industry is an asset
•Strong knowledge of banking procedures, deposit products/services, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
•Confident and experienced in the using software applications
•Advanced communication and customer service skills
•Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team
•Ability to manage competing priorities, exceptional time management and attention to detail are essential
