This position will be full-time in-office at our Fullarton Street, London, Ontario office. The position assists the Commercial Real Estate Lending Team by providing operational support through the performance of a wide range of administration duties.
Responsibilities include preparing credit applications and amendments as well as maintaining spreadsheets of unit closings and preparing payout statements. You will also monitor various conditions of credit and liaise with clients, solicitors and outside agents on documentation as required. You will also review security documentation and prepare monthly and quarterly reports. The successful candidate will also assist with the implementation and maintenance of our internal Asset Management System.
Your background includes preferably a post-secondary training in office/business administration. You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a directly related role or within a business or legal environment. You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems. You are an energetic self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and business communication skills and the ability to multi-task. You are very organized, have a positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
