We are currently recruiting a Client Services Administrator to join our Deposit Services team in Saskatoon, SK.
The Client Services Administrator position is a challenging and diverse role. You will be an important part of the team that manages the daily operations and delivery of the Bank’s deposit products and services. This role provides relationship support to our Trustee Integrated Banking portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional client service and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the banking/financial services industry with direct experience in client services. Additional experience in the insolvency industry is an asset. You have a business degree or post-secondary education in a related field. You have strong knowledge of day-to-day banking transactions, deposit products/services and AML/ATF regulatory requirements. You thrive in a customer-centric team-based environment, can manage competing priorities, and possess a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills and advanced computer proficiency, particularly using Microsoft Office products are essential.
